RISING STAR DRIVER DEVAN HALL FINISHES IN TOP FIFTEEN AT THE GEORGIA ASPHALT SERIES WATERMELON SPEEDWAY RACE

Chicago, IL – June 12, 2006

Rising Star Driver Devan Hall managed a top fifteen finish at the Georgia Asphalt Series on Saturday at Watermelon Capital Speedway in Cordele, Georgia despite having mechanical problems with his car all week and during the race. “I was hoping for a higher finish today, but look forward to our next race in two weeks,” said Hall following the race. Hall made his return to the GAS Series on Saturday after returning from an early season crash that had sidelined him, that crash happened during practice at the South Georgia Motorsports Park in April.

Hall drives the #6 Dodge Charger and has been driving and competing since he was eight years old. Born and raised in Leesburg, Georgia, he has already seen much success in his career. He has over fifty trophies from racing including seventeen first place awards and he won the Bandolero Bandits Georgia State Championship in 1999. In 2005, he competed in five Georgia Asphalt Series races with three top ten finishes. Featured recently in Late Model Digest, Hall will continue to compete in the Georgia Asphalt Series in 2006.

Hall is training with Rising Star Driver Development™ (RSDD) this year hoping to give him an opportunity to grow his career and take his driving to the next level.
The drivers are scouted and recruited to join this elite and intensive program after an interview and selection process to determine their ability to compete at a professional level in motorsports. RSDD drivers continue to cultivate the skills learned in this program by competing in grassroots series. Once they have surpassed certain performance benchmarks, RSDD management actively presents their drivers to professional teams – providing drivers with a ladder to professional racing and professional teams with the highest quality racing talent.
