HOOSIER HOTSHOE CAMERON DODSON ACCELERATES CAREER WITH RISING STAR DRIVER DEVELOPMENT

Prepared by Michelle Petroff for Rising Star Driver Development

CHICAGO, IL (October 12, 2006)

Cameron Dodson of Greenfield, IN, may only be 18 years old but he is already a seasoned veteran in the open-wheeled world of sprint cars and midgets. The young racer’s championship pedigree from quarter midgets to the winged sprint division is only a prelude of what we can expect of Cameron’s future endeavors. Natural talent combined with fierce determination and a professional attitude equal limitless potential for his continued success. Dodson recently inked a deal to accelerate his career and hone his natural abilities with Rising Star Driver Development™.

Cameron backed up an impressive Mid-American Sprint Series Rookie of the Year and Championship season in 2004 with another pair of Rookie and Championship titles with the prominent Auto Value Super Sprint Series in 2005. Touted as one of the most promising young drivers in the world of motorsports, Dodson diversified his open-wheel schedule for the 2006 season to include a successful campaign in the Hooters Pro Cup Series and limited events in the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series. The new alliance with Rising Star will help springboard the teen racing sensation into additional pavement events in 2007.

Rising Star Driver Development™ offers a comprehensive, multi-faceted program to develop the core skillsets essential in the competitive world of motorsports. A carefully screened roster of clients are trained by leading industry professionals in core areas including nutrition and fitness, public speaking, sponsor branding and mental preparation as well as continued on-track performance evaluations and opportunities.

Dodson, the most recent addition to the elite RSDD roster, is enthusiastic about this new phase of his career. When asked why he signed with Rising Star, Dodson noted, “There are a lot of programs out there but I believe the Rising Star Driver Development™ program is the best fit for me because it covers more than just the racing side. They will give me new sponsorship and driving opportunities but working with the nutritional, marketing and communications trainers will help me continue to develop skills that will hopefully be an advantage off the track. All of these elements are important in becoming a successful driver in any type of professional racing series.”

Cameron is not the only one enthusiastic about this new partnership. Kurt Smith, a founding partner of RSDD and acting COO, commented, “Cameron embodies the essence of what our program at Rising Star Driver Development™ is all about. He has an amazing talent and the demeanor of a true champion so we hope to tap in to his potential and help him achieve his goals of becoming one of the brightest talents in motorsports. He has all of the necessary skills and building blocks and our staff is looking forward to working with Cameron for continued growth and success in this industry.”

Cameron will wrap up his 2006 racing season with his third appearance in the MB Motorsports’ #63 entry at the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series’ event at Martinsville Speedway. The green flag for the “Kroger 200” will drop at 12:30 pm EST and air live on SPEED.
